Due to the hot tub, fireplace and gym
Atlantic Watch is best suited for families with children aged 7 and over.
Atlantic Watch is a strictly no smoking property.
Atlantic Watch is a strictly pet free property.

Short Breaks

Short breaks available between November and March, excluding Bank Holidays and School Holidays.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Prices are charged at 60% of the weekly rental for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights.
If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day. For arrivals within 7 days, short breaks can overlap a changeover day.

Booking Terms

30% deposit required on confirmation of booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday due date.
Last minute holidays within 6 weeks must be paid in full.
Security deposit of £200 is required, returnable within 7 days following the end of your holiday.
